Results:
#1: Smooth, Woody, Earthy, Rich... what's wrong with it?
#2: Good.
#3: Good but somehow don't have the desire to comment about it.
Other Comments: The brews have had an undercurrent of undefinable 'thickness' (for want of a more accurate description) - an aftertaste of the local water supply?
